PRX Therapy is a revolutionary needle-free skin biorevitalisation. It is considered a no-peel, peel with incredible collagen stimulation properties.
It contains 33% TCA (trichloroacetic acid), Hydrogen Peroxide and Kojic Acid which has been combined at a precise concentration which allows for all the benefits of a TCA, without the traditional downtime associated with it due to the addition of the Hydrogen Peroxide. Kojic acid facilitates in preventing post inflammatory hyperpigmentation which makes it suitable for every skin type and also aids in lightening pigmentation in the skin, The beauty of PRX-T is that the TCA is able to penetrate much deeper into the skin and effectively stimulate and regenerate the connective tissues which start to degrade as we age. This intense stimulation creates immediate hydration and tightening of the skin.

Reverse Peel is a new approach for the reconditioning of melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It is delivered only to the areas of hyperpigmentation in a 3 Phase Peel, with the first phase working in the dermal layer of the skin and then subsequent phases working more superficially to help remove the melanin deposited in the superficial layers of the dermis. This treatment is only used for the face. If you are looking to treat hyperpigmentation of the body, then I would advise booking PRX-T Lady.
As conditions like melasma are chronic and treating hyperpigmentation is not an overnight fix, the results of this treatment will be seen over time with a multiple of sessions. Typically a course of 3-5 will be required depending on the severity of the pigmentation. Using aftercare religiously is important for best results. For melasma, more sessions will be required however it is important to remember you can't cure melasma as it is a chronic condition that we can only reduce, not remove completely.
-
Who is it suitable for?
The Reverse Peel is suitable for anyone who is looking for a treatment to reduce hyperpigmentation/ sun spots / melasma / post inflammatory hyperpigmentation on their face.

How does it work?
There is a PHASE 1, PHASE 2 & PHASE 3 peel which is applied directly to the areas of hyperpigmentation. The Phase 1 peel is the same as PRX-T33 which has 33% TCA, Hydrogen Peroxide and Kojic Acid. This aims to oxidise and remove the melanin in the dermal layer of the skin. Then Phase 2 peel is applied which is a high concentration lactic acid peel and then followed by Phase 3 which contains a pool of various hydroxy acids. Finally the Reverse Serum is applied which is also given to you as part of your aftercare.
